Spring Programming Updates For NYXT.nyc

Starting on Monday, April 1, we are implementing some big programming changes to help you find the video content you want to see! First, we're introducing “Theme Of The Day” video blocks which will air at 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday. For two hours each morning and night, we'll show videos clustered around a specific topic. Tune in to learn about topics you are interested in or expand your horizons and learn something new:

Monday: Activism and Community - politics, social justice, human rights

Tuesday: Youth and Education - school, young people, careers, research

Wednesday: Science & Health - technology, health, nature, environment, food

Thursday: Multiculturalism - featuring LGBT, women, people of color

Friday: Arts and Culture - performance, literature, visual arts, design

During each weekend, we will air a video block called “Know Your City” at 7 AM and 7 PM that will focus on various neighborhoods around the city. The first block airing April 6 and 7 will focus on Harlem, so be sure to tune in!

We will also maintain our current theme blocks, airing each day at 10am, 3pm, and 9pm. We have an exciting lineup for April centered around National Volunteer Month, Earth Day, and more:

April 2 -- Volunteer Today

April 9 -- All Over the Earth

April 16 -- Mentors and Mentees

April 23 -- A Greener Planet

April 30 -- What You Can Do to Help
