Harlem Impressions: Showcasing Harlem’s Spirit, Liveliness and Diversity

We love New York, we live New York, but how well do we really know New York? A city constantly on the precipice of change, there is always something new to discover. NYXT helps connect you to what’s happening in your community and how you can get involved in making your neighborhood better. Our partner Harlem One Stop helps residents and tourists alike explore uptown NYC with all it has to offer; from small businesses to community groups to its hub as a thriving arts scene, Harlem One Stop gives you an up-close pathway to discover one neighborhood’s hidden (and not-so-hidden) gems!

Join Harlem One Stop on Friday, December 8 for Harlem Impressions, a new art exhibit featuring four up-and-coming photographers who are capturing the stories of a diverse, ever-changing Harlem. Come celebrate local artists and stay for refreshments and a discussion with NYC career photographer Jill Freedman, known for her use of unlikely but compelling subjects. Meet the next generation of artists shaping the narrative of a vibrant neighborhood! RSVP is required, along with a $5 suggested donation.
