Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC (BBBS of NYC) is best known for its core service - the mentoring program for underserved youth. However, BBBS of NYC also offers a variety of training services for organizations that are interested in developing their own formalized mentoring program.

- The Mentoring Supervisor Certificate Program (MSCP): a joint initiative between BBBS of NYC and Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. It's best for youth practitioners and social service professionals.

- Customized Training For Corporate & Community-Based Organizations: offered onsite at the company's office or via phone. This option is best for companies looking to fine-tune their mentoring program and receive feedback tailored specifically to their organization.

- The Professional Development Workshop Series: ideal if you're looking to learn about specific topics related to developing a mentoring program without committing to a lengthy training series. Previous workshops include "Diversity 360: Laying a Firm Foundation", Know Her Worth: Teaching Girls Empowerment" and "Grant Writing Made Easy".
